My Tier 6 builds as such (for Rahmat torp reload only 64. They're the first cruisers I'd be tempted to go full torp build on. Due to the fast firing and low caliber, Pyro should be gold.Īnd on any smoke or stealthy Cruiser I can't emphasise how good RL is, it means you know where the DD threat is and with how stealthy and smoke-reliant these Cruisers are, you should be able to catch out quite a few DDs.īut after all that's said and done, PA CLs are going to be solid chances to build however each of us wants with so many interesting options. I wouldn't waste any points on better HE alpha as the shells won't pen that much and I reckon fires are probably a better option. I have made choices that 'felt right' or suited what I wanted to be true about any given ship's strengths and weaknesses but as I gather more and more info, I can see I was not choosing the most efficient skills. I know some folks like IFA, but I don't value it that highly (but that's just me). 1 Posted (edited) I have made many errors as I have built captains over the years. The torps are really good and there really isn't any reason not to spend spare 1 point skills on Torp Speed and -10% on the reload of TRB isn't bad cause it's got such a huge reload. (although that isn't a bad build by any means) I'll go for full gun build, torps are occasional weapons after allĪlso I use incoming fire alert and priority target on ALL CRUISERS to make up my bad skills, you can adjust it to your preferenceīut skills I'd go differently.
